Cast High chromium grinding media from MW Group are available in a variety of diameters and chromium concentrations that can be tailored to your specific requirements. The range has been designed for applications requiring fine and dry grinding in a variety of milling environments and applications. our life of high chrome balls are 2-3 times of forged balls, we produce the strong microscopic structure for good performance.
Size
MW provides high chrome casting grinding balls for use in ball milling and regrind applications in uses from 10mm to 130mm.
Hardness
56HRC to 65HRC, the breaking rate is less than 0.5%.
Chemistry
To meet the heat treatment requirements, a distinct chemical profile has been established for each diameter ball. To get the best physical qualities, certain alloy additives are used. The chemistry of the balls is managed by close coordination with our bar suppliers and stringent internal quality control processes.
